International Cult Film Carnival aims to bring forth the culmination of Cult Cinema Culture. Well, it does actually mean that we are trying to re-develop a culture which is rather creative than being political or politically religious. No more shall we bear the brunt of commerce over fine-arts and that is our motto when we speak of International Cult Film Carnival 2017. International Cult Film Carnival 2017 will be held every month and is a monthly-online film festival with an annual event to be held in Kolkata every December. Apart from this, International Cult Film Carnival 2017 is open for four categories:
